Ethennonnhawahstihnen’ is pronounced Etta-nonna wasti-nuh. This is a Wendat name (language of the Huron-Wendat indigenous people) that means "where they had a good, beautiful life". It is located in a historical significant site for this Nation.
There is also a smaller (~15m) instructional/therapeutic pool at this location.
Facility Reviews
This is a beautiful, clean, airy facility with lots of lounge areas, free Wi-Fi, and a public library. Swimming lanes are designated for different speeds. There is a universal (all-gender) locker room with large lockers and changing cabins. There are wall-mounted hair dryers and outlets to plug in hair dryers. Bring your own lock. It's in a very convenient location, steps from the south exit of Bessarion subway station.
