Facility Notes
There is a 50m x 25m, 10 lane, 2m depth, outdoor, competition pool and a 25m x 21m, 5m depth, outdoor, diving pool at this location. It was the venue for the 2004 Athens Olympic Games swimming competition.
On your first visit you'll need to get an ID card, for which you should bring the following:
Though not stated on the center's website, most pools in Greece require that medical certifications be in Greek and copies and/or translations of medical certificates, if used, may require differing sorts of certification, depending on where they come from; certifications from outside the European Union may not be accepted, at all.

- Two small photographs (one for the records, the other for your ID card);
- A certificate from a cardiologist attesting to your ability to exercise;
- A certificate from a dermatologist attesting that you don't have any communicable skin conditions;
- A certificate from a gynecologist (applies to women only - we can't imagine why it's required - but it is);
- A signed statement that the applicant can swim;
- €30.00 for the membership fee (this is in addition to the daily admission fee).
