The facility was built in 1923 - 1926 and featured the main, 33m, Art Deco pool.
The 25m pool, one floor below the Art Deco main pool, was added during renovations that were completed in 1986. The 25m pool is reserved for team training; it is open to the public only on Sundays.

Facility Reviews
The architecture is stunning.
No lane lines made lap swimming difficult.
Architecturally interesting, but smelled of cigarette smoke from the café.
The lack of lane lines made lap swimming a contact sport.
Score: 4 on a scale of 10. There's no time when you can swim laps comfortably. Scores 4 because it has water.
Definitely a breast-stroker’s pool, it's difficult to swim in a straight line without bumping into someone. If you keep an eye out it's possible to manage a crawl session.
You're in a pool; make the most of it despite the crowded conditons and disinterested breast strokers.

Pool 2 is everything Pool 1 is not. Set for laps it has lane lines, trained swimmers, and is properly T marked at the end of lanes.
