Facility Reviews
Clean and well lit locker and shower area. Weekends are not as busy as weeknights. Expect to swim laps without matching speed of other swimmers… adjust and be flexible, do a large amount of breast stroke. Hand paddles are allowed. Didn't see any fins. Bring your own pull buoy and kick board if you want. It’s a good temperature for lap swimming - not hot, not chilling unless you just stand around. My contacts recommended this over the Pudong Natatorium for cleanliness and less busy.
You get a numbered wristband that corresponds to your locker number. Touch the metal spike with the wristband tag above the handle to open the locker. The staff is helpful. Swim hats are required. Shower before swimming.
